To ensure full warranty coverage in case of shipping damages or manufacturing defects, it’s essential that you record a continuous video of the entire unboxing process. Please follow these steps:

1. Prepare the area

   • Use a clean, stable surface with enough space.

   • If possible, place a soft cloth or protective surface.

   • Keep scissors/cutter nearby and optional cotton gloves.

2. Start recording before opening

   • Begin by showing the unopened box, including labels and seals.

   • Focus the camera on the security seal and record how you cut it carefully.

   • Open the outer box gently without tearing it excessively.

3. Handle the inner box with care

   • Lift the figure/art box from the package holding it by the base or corners.

   • Avoid pulling from one side or lifting abruptly.

4. Remove the resin pieces

   • Take off the top foam/protective layer slowly.

   • Remove each piece with both hands and show it on camera.

   • Do not apply pressure to thin or fragile areas.

5. Assembly

   • Follow the manufacturer’s instructions step-by-step.

   • Check each connection before pressing; do not force any joint.

6. Final check

   • Once assembled, ensure the statue stands stable.

   • Keep all boxes, foam and packaging materials for future returns or transport.

Important: If any issue occurs (breakages, missing parts, damage), the complete unedited unboxing video will be required to process the warranty with the manufacturer and shipping carrier.
