🕒 Pre-orders & Partial Payments
For pre-orders with partial payment:
- You will see “Pre-order Shipping” in the cart (informational)
- The final shipping method is chosen when paying the remaining balance
- Shipping begins once full payment is completed
📦 Lost Package Policy
If the courier confirms the package as lost:
- ✅ Replacement item (if available), or
- ✅ Store credit
No cash refunds are issued.
📍 Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, the order is considered fulfilled.
