🕒 Pre-orders & Partial Payments

For pre-orders with partial payment:

You will see “Pre-order Shipping” in the cart (informational)
The final shipping method is chosen when paying the remaining balance
Shipping begins once full payment is completed

📦 Lost Package Policy

If the courier confirms the package as lost:

✅ Replacement item (if available), or
✅ Store credit

No cash refunds are issued.

📍 Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, the order is considered fulfilled.
