Returns are accepted within 72 hours from the date of delivery. Requests outside this period cannot be processed.
📦 Item condition
The item must be in its original packaging with the security seal intact and no signs of use. If the seal has been removed or the packaging is damaged, the return cannot be accepted.
🎥 Mandatory unboxing video for damage-related claims
To process claims related to damaged parts, defects, or shipping damage, it is required to provide a continuous unboxing video starting from the moment the parcel is still sealed.
The video must include:
- The sealed outer box showing all labels and security tape.
- The full opening of the package without cuts or pauses.
- The condition of the inner art box when removed.
- The removal of foam/protectors and each resin piece being taken out.
- A clear view of any damage or defect observed.
The video must be continuous and unedited. Without this video, damage claims cannot be accepted, as manufacturers and shipping insurers require full visual proof to approve replacements or compensations.
🛠️ Inspection & refund
Once received, we will carefully inspect the item and packaging. If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 calendar days via the same payment method used at checkout.
🚚 Return shipping costs
Return shipping is covered by the customer, except when the item arrived defective or incorrect due to an error by VFORCESTATUES.COM. In such cases, we will cover the costs.
ℹ️ How to request a return
Email us at info@vforcestatues.com within 72 hours including:
- Order number
- Item you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item and packaging (unopened if applicable)
- Unboxing video (required for damaged/defective claims)
We will reply with instructions and the return address.
Note: For collectible items, packaging condition and security seals are essential to the product’s value. Please handle the parcel carefully until inspection is complete.
